Big Mal’s First Grade is made in Australia with the help of some good mates. We use as many real Australian ingredients as we can find, with less sugar and salt, and we make our products with a flavour that Australian’s will love.

Don’t mess with a great Aussie pastime, just add some sauce!


Barbeque Sauced


My barbeque is just like millions across the country, surrounded by blokes talking sport. The banter is always light-hearted, opinionated and full of fun one liners – the big hits – “sauced him”  The lads can’t help it, it’s in our nature.  We don’t use a lot of barbeque sauce in this country, but I love to marinade my steaks, cooking them low and slow, for a great big juicy flavour.

This bite isn’t as good as celebrating that winning try – but it will still feel damn good going down… and if you like your beef on the blue side, the touch of spice brings out some great juicy flavour.



Tomato Legend


Recipes for a common table tomato sauce from the 1800s required cooks at home to add half-a-pound of salt to 100 tomatoes, five spice, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, and pepper, cook for a few hours and keep for a few years.  In my house, like many in Australia, tomato sauce is a staple and has a position in almost every meal.  At work, it’s my job to make things interesting and maintain a winning performance. I try and bring that home to the BBQ and the dinner table.

Amanda and I want the best for our family – better ingredients and bigger flavour.  This tomato is the legend in our home, now available in yours.



Chilli Kick


A little kick can be a game changer. Just when you think the play is going one way, suddenly everything changes.  I admit I’ve missed a few kicks in my time and I still cop it.  But hey, I kicked the ones that counted!

This chilli sauce has been travelling with me around the country kicking serious goals with my family and friends.  For me, you must experience this little kick…a whole lot of small goals add up to a big win!



Outback Ranch


Ranch dressing was created in another country’s outback – the rugged landscape of Alaska.  But everyone knows the one and only true Outback, is right here in our backyard… and as Aussies we will always do things just a little differently.

Our dressing is the ‘real’ Outback Ranch deal, with Australian herbs and ingredients, giving it a better taste of home.  Use with salads, sandwiches, steaks and veggies to get a better flavour.  One of our kids even has it on roast chicken, amongst other things. There’s nothing you can’t pour it on or dip in it!

Meats


Australian beef is world renown for its quality and flavour.  Why anyone would want imported product is unknown to me.  We have sourced only premium Australian grass-fed beef from some pretty amazing farms and proudly, that is all we are using.  Premium meats for some premium flavour.


Premium Australian Beef Sausages


From the moment the aroma of a sausage sizzle hits you, you’re hooked.  It’s important to know that we use premium Aussie grass-fed beef to make these sausages. So no matter what you call them, sausages, snags or bangers, I call them absolutely delicious. Try them with my Big Mal’s First Grade Sauces and you’ll be in sausage heaven.



Premium Australian Beef Burgers


Burgers are a thing of beauty.  There are many ways to prepare this all-time favourite, but the most important thing to me is the quality of the beef – the better the beef, the better the bite!  For me, a burger with all the trimmings topped with my Big Mal’s First Grade sauce is all I need.



Mini Mal’s – Premium Australian Beef Sliders


Not many people get away with calling me “mini,” but these bite-sized burgers pack such big flavour I am proud to put my name on them. Great for the kids, great for the party, and perfect at the park. These beef sliders will fire up your BBQ anytime, especially when you add my Big Mal’s First Grade Sauces.



Premium Australian Beef Meatballs


The humble meatball is as great on the BBQ as it is in a big bowl of spaghetti. In our house, we serve them with all of the Big Mal’s First Grade sauces for friends and family. We even cook up a few extras for a delicious snack later on.
